What is the Priesthood Session?
The Priesthood Session is similar to the other sessions, but it is not broadcast on the internet, and is intended for live viewing by the priesthood holders of the church. It is broadcast worldwide via satellite to church buildings across the world, and is also available online and in print after the broadcast. If you need to find a church building to watch the Priesthood Session, you can use the church locator website.
When is the October 2010 mormon general conference priesthood session.
The time for the priesthood session is listed on the LDS website’s new page for church news and events:
Members of the Church will receive instruction from Church leaders on Saturday and Sunday, October 2 and 3, 2010, during the 180th Semiannual General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. General sessions will be held on Saturday, at 10:00 a.m. MDT and 2:00 p.m. MDT, followed by the priesthood session at 6:00 p.m. MDT. Two more general sessions will be held on Sunday, at 10:00 a.m. MDT and 2:00 p.m. MDT.
To convert from the MDT time zone to your own time zone, visit the following website and use “U. S. A. – Utah – Salt Lake City”, set the time to 6pm, and then select your local time zone. Be sure to arrive at your nearest stake building at least a few minutes early, as parking and seating will generally be limited.
